bnz 44 Single Claw [Archive] - The K98k Forum My Single Claw Sniper WaA on the keal with a C and on the right side it has an acceptance stamp with H. Under the barrel the stock has the following markings: 6 6 42 40 Na 35 and then the Serial Number.

wwiigermansniper Single Claw History of the Single Claw. Steyr-Daimler-Puch (code bnz) was the only manufacturer that produced the Single Claw sniper during WWII. These rifles were produced in 1943 and 1944 with the majority being produced in 1944.

WW2 German Single Claw Sniper - Long Island Gun Club Guys, 'This is a good one. This is a WW2 single claw sniper rifle issued by the Germans. The receiver is scrubbed but is most likely a bnz 43 code.

Rare WWII German bnz Single Claw Sniper Rifle with. This is a very nice example of a late WWII 98K rifle as manufactured by the Steyr factory that was produced as a single claw sniper rifle. This style of sniper rifle was produced in early 1944 and uses the tried and true German claw mounted scope system that was employed though out WWI and into the pre-war WWII years.
